Another pan-free cooking day, here’s the simplest cooking menu for someone like you who is looking for one pot dinner to serve.

Steam Minced Meat with Carrot Mushroom
Ingredients :-
- 200g minced meat (any type of protein at your liking).
- Mushroom (I am using dried mushroom, washed, soaked and diced to smaller size).
- Carrot (washed, diced to smaller size and put aside).
- Cooking sauce – 1tsp LeeKumKee oyster sauce, 2tsp LeeKumKee soy sauce, 1tsp sesame oil and pepper.
Cooking Steps :-
Mix all ingredients with cooking sauce in a cooker safe container, refrigerate it for 2hours or 30-minutes before cooking.
I am using smart cooker to cook our dish today, on steamer tray and same time to boil rice.
Smart cooker, to select ‘quick rice’ function. Approximately, 15-minutes to serve.

Tips :-
- I am using steamer tray where this helps to cook minced meat dish and rice together, to save time.
- Corn or pea is another vegetables to add instead of carrot, or you can add all of them too.
- Sesame oil could add later upon serving, to help to add more aroma on dish.
- For adult version, I always added chilli oil to add ‘kick’ to my rice. You should try this out!
- You could prepare more portion to store at freezer, to cook at anytime especially on rushing days.
- For stove version, 15-minutes low heat on boiling water.
