Sharing a quick and easy one pot cooking recipe, only 3 ingredients and few cooking sauce needed.

Let’s cook with me, Stir Fry Broccoli with Chicken and Mushroom.

Ingredients :-

  1. Broccoli (cleaned and diced to put aside).
  2. 250g mushroom (any type of mushroom at your liking).
  3. 200g chicken breast (any type of protein at your liking).
  4. Cooking sauce – 1tsp oyster sauce, 2tsp soy sauce, 1tsp sesame oil and 100ml water.
  5. Goji berry (cleaned and soaked to put aside).

Cooking Steps :-

Marinade chicken with half tsp of salt and sprinkle pepper, keep at refrigerator for 30-minutes or overnight a day before cooking.

Hot stove, hot frying pan and add mushroom to cook for 3-minutes. Served aside.

Add chicken breast cube to frying pan, to cook at high heat 5-minutes for each side.

Add mushrooms back to frying pan and broccoli steam to cook for 2-minutes.

Add broccoli, goji berry and cooking sauce to cook for 5-minutes.

Served, enjoy!

One pot cook is always my favourite cozy meal for dinner, my family likes it. I hope you like it too.

Tips :-

  1. For dietary eater, you may skip cooking sauce and adding only 100ml to cook steam this recipe.
  2. Adding in diced carrot, spinach or capsicum could bring more sweetness taste to your kids and elderly at home.
  3. Protein could be any meat at home, be it diced beef or lean meat would taste equally delicious on this recipe.
