Today’s cooking menu “Steamed Goji Berry Minced Pork” with smart cooker or rice cooker, in 15-minutes.

Ingredients :-

  1. 250g minced meat (any protein type at your liking).
  2. 10g goji berry (rinsed and put aside).
  3. 40g mushroom (any type of mushroom at your preference, I am using dried mushroom, soaked for 30-minutes and chopped to smaller pieces).
  4. Marinade sauce – LeeKumKee LKK soy sauce 2tsp, LeeKumKee LKK oyster sauce 1tsp, LeeKumKee LKK first draw soy sauce 1tsp and pepper.

Cooking Step :-

Marinade pork and mushroom with sauce #4, refrigerate for 2-hours.

Sprinkle goji berry on top, put to cook at smart cooker or rice cooker. Cook rice at the same time.

15-minutes, to served “Steamed Goji Berry Minced Pork“. Enjoy!

Tips :-

  1. I am using steamer tray to cook “Steamed Goji Berry Minced Pork“, same pot to cook my rice.
  2. Add carrot, pea or corn to make colourful meal for kid’s version.
  3. Minced beef or minced chicken is an alternative for protein option.
