High heat for 5mins, to sauce thickening and meal is ready to serve!

Tips :-

  1. Add onion and tomato to have more ‘sweetness’ aroma to dish, which kids love most.
  2. Chicken meat ball or beef meat ball is great boneless option especially for younger kid or elderly at home.
  3. Adding in more water for chicken stew pot on rainy days or winter time is perfect for dinner.
  4. I am using 25% less salt LeeKumKee soy sauce, which containing lesser salt intake for me and family.

I hope you enjoy my childhood dish like my kid did. Both father and kid eat until finger licking good.
