Boiled Spinach Goji Berry
Ingredients :-
- 200g spinach (washed, cleaned and chopped to desire shape).
- 20g goji berry (washed and soaked for 2-minutes).
- 50ml water
Cooking Steps :-
High heat, hot pot and add spinach to cook for 1-minute.
Add 50ml water into pot, stir to avoid over burnt for 3-minutes.
Add goji berry in, to cook for 2-minutes.
Serve to plate, enjoy!
Tips :-
- Sprinkle dried ready to eat cashew nut, almond flakes or walnut to eat as oriental salad bowl.
- Avoid cooking spinach for more than 6-minutes, to keep nutrients and freshness.
- Goji berry can be skip or replace with dried berries to sprinkle on top, to save you 2-minutes.
- You may sprinkle sea salt and pepper at your liking.
