Sharing with you a simple noodle recipe, few ingredients and easy cooking steps that you will loved!

Braised Noodle With Mushroom and Sweet Pepper
Ingredients :-
- 150g sweet pepper (washed and sliced at your preferable shape).
- 200g mushroom (washed and diced to your liking size).
- Noodle, I am cooking yee mee (fried noodle).
- Cooking sauce (100ml water to mix with pepper, 2tsp soy sauce, 1tsp oyster sauce and 2tsp sesame oil).
Cooking Steps :-
Hot stove, hot pan to add mushroom, to cook for 6-minutes.
Add noodle and cooking sauce, to cook for 7-minutes without lid (4-minutes with lid).
Add sweet pepper, stir fry for 5-minutes.
Served and enjoy, Braised Noodle With Mushroom and Sweet Pepper.
Tips :-
- You may also add sliced omelette as topping, for kids version to add nutrient and ‘color’ to attract your kids.
- Carrot and cabbage can add more “sweetness” that most kids loved.
- If noodle is too dry on cooking process, you may add slowly appr. 20ml in.
