Laman Padi Langkawi
Laman Padi Langkawi, also known as Rice Garden Museum, is an outdoor gallery and eco-tourism attraction located in Pantai Cenang, opposite Meritus Pelangi which is a kid friendly spot as well. Covering a 14-acre environmental area, the site is divided into various sections where visitors can engage in and gain knowledge about rice cultivation, spanning from seed selection to planting and harvesting. Additionally, guests can explore the paddy fields, observe the rooftop rice garden from the viewing deck, and savour traditional Malay dishes at the Seashells Restaurant.

Crocodile Adventureland Langkawi
Is a farm in the Datai Bay area, northwest of town. It is one of the largest collections of Malaysian saltwater crocodiles and alligators in varies species and sizes. The place of attraction is divided into educational zones and entertaining shows where you can even experience feeding baby crocodiles. Take a photo with these ferocious creatures and learn how they live in wild. Don’t missed feeding show too, trainer and staff are helpful and friendly in explaining all about crocodile.

Ayer Hangat Village
For spa lover, pamper yourself in a spa retreat at Ayer Hangat Village which a modern cultural complex located approximately 14 kilometers north of Kuah. Temurun Waterfall

Experience revitalization as you immerse yourself in the refreshing freshwater of Temurun, descending from the northern slopes of Mount Mat Cincang to the sandstone and shale cliffs. Found in the Datai Bay area, you can swim in natural pool and slide down the rocks just like locals do. Macaque monkeys and small animals like butterflies and squirrels can also be spotted in the rainforest. Remember to always check on the weather before coming as the waterfall can be dry or slow-moving during dry season.

Snorkeling or Diving in Pulau Payar

Tanjung Rhu Beach
It is one of the most beautiful spots in Langkawi, sitting on the main island’s northern shoreline that is divided into a public and private beach section. Seven Wells Waterfall (Telaga Tujuh)
Near to the top of the Sky Bridge is the Seven Wells Waterfall. Named after the seven pools it forms at varying levels, the island’s most remarkable waterfall is a sight to behold. There are a few different routes you can take to reach the Waterfall, either shorter or longer hike, but if you can’t make it to the falls, you can also see it from the cable car on your way up to the sky bridge. At this attraction spot, you can do swimming and hiking between several natural pools.

Langkawi Sky Bridge
It is a 125-metre-long curved pedestrian bridge that offers an thrilling view of the verdant Gunung Mat Cincang, the Telaja Tujuh waterfalls, and several islets surrounding Langkawi. Set 700 metres above sea level, it’s only accessible via the final station of the Langkawi Cable Car. This sturdy bridge can accommodate up to 250 people at a time. It’s fitted with double steel railings, an enclosed wire mesh, and 2 triangular platforms where you can enjoy magnificent view and the cool breeze same time.

Night market (different part of the island every day)
When about evening, the night markets come to life, each evening featuring a unique market at a different location, specializing in various offerings. It’s a place with traditional Malaysian foods and immerse yourself in the local atmosphere as residents cook and sell their wares. Remember bringing your own reusable bags and containers to contribute to reducing single-use plastic. Here are the market locations for each evening:

One of the most popular things to do in Langkawi is to take boat tours around the island. Dataran Lang (Eagle Square)
It also known as Eagle Square, A remarkable 12-meter-tall sculpture depicting an eagle ready to soar.. The statue is displayed on an elevated platform in Kuah. This landmark is just a 5-minute walk from the Kuah Jetty, Jetty Point Mall, Taman Lagenda Dalam Langkawi, as well as restaurants and duty-free shops.
Dataran Lang is surrounded by beautiful miniature fountains, terraces and bridges. Its closeness to the Andaman Sea makes it a favoured location for observing ferries traversing the harbour during the evenings.
