Shrimp Paste Grilled Egg
Ingredients :-
- Shrimp paste, 200g.
- Egg, 3nos beaten to egg wash, add half tsp salt and pepper.
- 150g spinach, cleaned, chopped and put aside.
Cooking Steps :-
Hot stove, hot oil and add shrimp paste on frying pan to grill for 5-minutes to golden brown colour.
Add egg wash, to grill for 3-minutes until base is set.
Add spinach, to cook for 5-minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown colour at each side.
Served, bon appétit – Shrimp Paste Grilled Egg!
Tips :-
- Instead of shrimp paste, you can choose fish paste or shrimp which taste equally delicious.
- Shredded carrot or cabbage is another great option of vegetable intake for kids at home.
- For adult version, sprinkle chilli flakes on top to add aroma and kick taste too!
- Skip vegetable if you are not a fan!
