Are you rushing or too busy to prepare and cook a meal? Always having time constrains and being a lazy mother, I am highly rely on air fryer so much that’s apparently great helper ever when come to quick hearty meal for my family.

Simple, all needed are 25-minutes to serve to table with few ingredients that are definitely in your kitchen.

Ingredients :-

  1. Half cut chicken, cleaned and put aside for marinade step.
  2. Marinade sauce – 1tsp pepper, 0.5tsp salt, 2tsp curry powder and 2tsp oyster sauce.

Cooking Steps :-

Marinade chicken with sauce, refer to Ingredients #2.

Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before grilling in air fryer.

20-minutes before dinner time, we can now start air frying marinade chicken at 180°C (appr. 356°F) for 10-minutes each side.

Tada, served – Air Fryer Grilled Chicken tender and juicy!

Tips :-

  1. You can grill any protein with air fryer with same marinade sauce, chicken breast, pork loin or chicken wing.
  2. If you don’t have curry powder at home, paprika powder or turmeric powder is equally tasty and nutritious too.
  3. Vegetables like brussel sprouts, broccoli, baby carrots or cabbage can be added by last 8-minutes into air fryer to cook at the same time with grilled chicken.
  4. For younger kid or elderly at home, you may skip salt when marinading chicken or protein of your choice.
