Ingredients :-

  1. 5 blocks of hard tofu, sliced and put aside to cook.
  2. 200g minced meat, marinade with 1tsp salt and pepper.
  3. Cooking sauce – 2tsp soy sauce, 1tsp oyster sauce, 1tsp dark soy sauce, 1tsp sesame oil and 200ml water.

Cooking Steps :-

Add sliced tofu to air fryer, to cook at 180°C (appr. 356°F) for 4-minutes each side.

Hot stove, hot oil and add minced meat to frying pan, to cook for 5-minutes.

Add baked tofu to frying pan, to cook for 3-minutes.

Add cooking sauce, to cook for 5-minutes.

Serve to plate, bon appetite!

Tips :-

  1. You can cook Japanese egg tofu for younger kids at home, which having more tender texture compare to block tofu.
  2. For minced meat, I am cooking pork meat and beef or chicken is great option too.
  3. If you are soupy person, cook 3-minutes rather than 5-minutes before serving to plate.
  4. Add diced carrot, potato or corn to serve a colourful nutrient meal for your kid.
