Today’s cooking menu “Steamed Mushroom Minced Meat” with smart cooker or rice cooker, in 15-minutes.

Ingredients :-

  1. 250g minced meat (any protein type at your liking).
  2. 40g mushroom (any type of mushroom at your preference, I am using dried mushroom, soaked for 30-minutes and chopped to smaller pieces).
  3. marinade sauce – LeeKumKee LKK soy sauce 2tsp, LeeKumKee LKK oyster sauce 1tsp, sesame oil 1tsp and pepper.

Cooking Steps :-

Add minced meat to heat durable container, fit perfectly to your cooker’s steamer tray.

Add marinade sauce with minced meat, mix well. Marinade them for an hour at refrigerator.

Add mushroom, mix well.

Cook with smart cooker with cook rice mode, same time cooking rice.

15-minutes, to served “Steamed Mushroom Minced Meat“. Enjoy!

Tips :-

  1. I am using steamer tray to cook “Steamed Mushroom Minced Meat“, same pot to cook my rice.
  2. Add carrot, potato or corn to make colourful meal for kid’s version.
  3. Minced beef or minced chicken is an alternative for protein option.
