My family are fans of broccoli and my kid loves mushroom to the extend he could have mushroom all meal anytime anywhere (hahaa!). Hence, I have comes out this 15-minutes cooking recipe, family, kids and vegan friendly people to enjoy Stir Fry Broccoli Mushroom with Goji Berry.

Ingredients :-

  1. Broccoli, 200g (chopped to smaller pieces, soaked and rinse to set aside to cook).
  2. Mushroom, 200g (chopped to smaller size, rinse and set aside to cook).
  3. Goji berry, 10g (soak for 15-minutes for cooking and set aside dried goji berry to cook).
  4. Soy sauce

Cooking Steps :-

Hot stove, hot oil, hot frying pan and add in mushroom to frying pan.

Fry mushroom for 5-minutes, to dry up mushroom juice to slow burnt of both sides of mushroom.

Add in broccoli, to stir fry for another 5-minutes.

Add 2tbsp of soy sauce, continue to stir fry.

Now, add goji berry to stir fry and mix well for a minute.

Served to plate, enjoy our Stir Fry Broccoli Mushroom with Goji Berry!

Tips :-

  1. Add in 10g butter while dish is hot, to add buttery aroma to melt on our Stir Fry Broccoli Mushroom with Goji Berry, you will definitely love it!
  2. For younger kids version, add 1tbsp of soy sauce instead of 2tbsp.
  3. Watch out cooking time, best to complete cooking within 10-minutes to keep crunchiness of broccoli.
  4. If you like to have more burnt mushroom, hot stove pan fry mushroom for at least 8-minutes on both sides (yum!).
  5. LeeKumKee LKK less salt 25% soy sauce is my favourite cooking companion, also best soy sauce for kids (so far).
