Ingredients :-

Celery, mushroom and carrot (at equal portion). Chopped to favourite shape, washed and dried before cooking.

Bean sauce (commonly known as taucu), 1tsp.

Cooking oil (I am using avocado oil), little to hot stove.

Cooking Steps :

Hot stove, hot frying pan and add in mushroom.

Cook until mushroom is dried and stir frying until mushroom turned into light brownish colour at most side.

Now, add in carrot to stir fry with mushroom.

After 3minutes, I am adding in celery too to frying pan.

Stir frying and mixing 3 ingredients well for 2 to 3minutes, at your preference on celery and carrot chewing texture (I do 2minutes only, because I like to crunch vege so much!).

Sprinkle black pepper powder (at your liking).

Add in 1tsp of bean sauce to frying pan.

If frying pan is too dry, add in some water to stir fry easier (because bean sauce is thickening the dish).

Continue frying for 2minutes.

I am only adding in bean sauce as seasoning, no salt no sugar. Bean sauce has all taste cover! If you are looking for extra aroma, slowly (yes, very slow like half teaspoon) added in salt, sugar or soy sauce to your liking.

#LeeKumKee brand bean sauce (taucu), is my favourite so far from back in years. Clean ingredients, vegan friendly, ‘halal’ certified and no preservative added.

Frying pan, I will put at sink and let it cool down a bit before cleaning. While I am using this time to wipe stove and surrounding.
