I am very excited to share with you another simple cooking recipe, vegan friendly and kids friendly yet lazy mom friendly too while family are still eating healthily.

All needed is four ingredients, super easy.

Ingredients :-

  1. 200g spinach (cabbage, purple cabbage or chinese cabbage is good to swap too).
  2. 200g mushroom (any type of mushroom on your liking).
  3. Soy sauce (2tsp, I am using 25% less salt LeeKumKee).
  4. Cooking oil (little will do, I am using corn oil).

Cooking Steps :-

Hot stove, hot pan and hot oil to add mushroom, cook to golden color. Approximate at 6-minutes.

Add spinach, cook for 3-minutes.

Add 1 to 2tsp of soy sauce, to enhance mushroom and spinach aroma.

Stir fry for 2-minutes, then we are to serve Stir Fry Mushroom Spinach. Enjoy!

    Tips :-

    1. Try to put less than 10-minutes stir frying for spinach on pan, to keep nutrient and freshness.
    2. To add “sweetness” to dish for kids, you may add in cherries tomato, sweet bell peppers or carrot to cook extra 3-minutes.
    3. Sprinkle baked walnut or cashew nut on top, is yummy to eat as dinner salad!

    Total time spent to cook Stir Fry Mushroom Spinach, 15-minutes from preparation to serve. You should try this, a dish that my family loved.
