Stir Fry Noodles with Mushrooms Carrot

Ingredients :-
- Noodle (any type of noodle at your liking).
- 200g carrot (sliced and put aside for cooking).
- 250g mushroom (cleaned and sliced to put aside for cooking).
- Cooking sauce – 1tsp sesame oil, 2tsp ketchup sauce, 2tsp soy sauce and 150ml water.
- 2tsp camellia oil (or avocado oil, sesame oil or olive oil).

Cooking Steps :-
Boil noodles to cook for approximately 5-minutes. Put aside and add in 2tsp camellia oil of cooked noodles to avoid starchiness or sticking together.



Hot stove, hot frying pan add carrot to stir fry for 3-minutes.

Add mushrooms, to stir fry for 3-minutes.

Sprinkle pepper and add cooking sauce (ingredients #5), to cook for 5-minutes.



Served, bon appetite!
