I am very excited to share with you another simple cooking recipe, vegan friendly and kids friendly yet lazy mom friendly too while family are still eating healthily.

All needed is three ingredients, super easy.

Ingredients :-

  1. 3nos of Egg (beaten and mix well, add little pink salt and sprinkle some pepper).
  2. 200g Spinach (cabbage, purple cabbage or chinese cabbage is good to swap too).
  3. Soy sauce (2tsp, I am using 25% less salt LeeKumKee)

Cooking Steps :-

Hot stove, hot oil and add in egg mixture. Cook for 3-minutes.

Chopped omelette into smaller pieces.

Add in spinach, cook for 3-minutes.

Add soy sauce, cook for 2-minutes.

Served, our Stir Fry Omelette Spinach.

Tips :-

  1. To add “sweetness” to dish for kids, you may add in sweet bell peppers and carrot to cook extra 3-minutes.
  2. Sprinkle white sesame (if you have at home) at final step as topping upon serving our dish Stir Fry Omelette Spinach.
  3. I am using avocado oil as cooking oil, you can use corn oil or olive oil too.

Total time spent to cook Stir Fry Omelette Spinach, 15-minutes from preparation to serve. You should try this, a dish that my family loved.
