Ingredients:-

  1. 150g minced beef (any protein at your liking).
  2. 3 no. of eggs
  3. Cooking sauce – 1tsp LeeKumKee oyster sauce, 2tsp LeeKumKee soy sauce, 1tsp sesame oil and pepper.
  4. Corn starch – half tsp and little water to mix.

Cooking Steps :-

Hot stove, hot oil and add minced beef to frying pan to cook for 5-minutes.

Add eggs to frying pan, to cook for 3-minutes.

Add cooking sauce, ingredients #3 to cook for 4-minutes.

Add corn starch for sauce thickening, to cook for 3-minutes.

Served, enjoy!

Skip rice and noodle this time, as kid asking for hash brown and nuggets. I put them in air fryer to cook at 180°C (appr. 356°F) for 10-minutes for both sides. Easy, you should try this out!

Tips :-

  1. You can eat with salad, steam corn or carrot to balance diet meal.
  2. Baby bun or burger bun can be added to replace or pair with hash brown.
  3. For rice lover, you should gulp while rice is hot serving, no regret!
