I have recent discovered an easy, delicious yet kids friendly recipe to share with you. Adored by my kid and husband too, even myself on this tiny savoury “Canapé Air Fry Cabbage Egg Muffin“.

Canapé Air Fry Cabbage Egg Muffin
Ingredients :-
- 3 no. eggs (beaten, sprinkle salt and pepper).
- Cabbage 100g (shredded or chopped, at your liking).
- Walnut oil (any cooking oil), tiny drops require.
- Baking mould
Cooking Steps :-
Cleaned, shredded and add cabbage into baking mould at half full.
Add in egg liquid at 80% full. Mix well.
Add tiny drop of walnut oil on surface.
Now, place baking mould into your air fryer or oven. Set temperature to at 180°C (appr. 356°F) for 8-minutes.
Check on baking situation once 8-minutes is completed.
Set another 2-minutes at 180°C (appr. 356°F) to add golden crisp on top part of Canapé Air Fry Cabbage Egg Muffin.

Tips :-
- I have rinse dried cabbage from soaking in water while baking, this to avoid soggy texture.
- You may add in milk to egg liquid, to have thicker chewing texture.
- For kids version, you can add these nutrition ingredients like cheese, pea, carrot, corn and onion.
- While for adult version, bacon, sausage, chilli flakes, luncheon meat and ham are ingredients always on my favourite list.
- Canapé Air Fry Cabbage Egg Muffin can served anytime any meal, from breakfast, brunch, tea time, dinner and even small bites.
- I am using silicone baking tray, easy to removed baking food and quick in cleaning too.
