Who’s big fan of fried food like me (raising up your hand?)? Calling every fried chicken lover, sharing an easiest fried chicken recipe that no one should resist (hahaa, drooling while typing this post!).

Ingredients :-

  1. 1.3kg chicken (chopped to smaller size).
  2. Marinade sauce – egg 1no, fried chicken powder 1cup, LeeKumKee oyster sauce 1tsp, LeeKumKee soy sauce 1tsp, LeeKumKee first draw thick soy sauce 1tsp, sprinkle pepper and 1tsp of salt.
  3. Mix marinade sauce and chicken, to marinade 3hours or overnight.
  4. Fried chicken powder, 2cups.
  5. Corn oil, 100ml.

Cooking Steps :-

Marinade chicken (ingredients #1 and 2) for 3hours or overnight.

Coat marinated chicken with fried chicken powder evenly.

Hot cooking pot and hot oil, at medium heat add in 2 pieces coated chicken to fry for 3-minutes.

Check before flipping and fry another side of chicken for 3-minutes.

Repeat until finished frying all chicken pieces.

Reheat cooking pot of oil at high heat and re-fried all pieces of chicken for 30-second.

Tips :-

  1. Set marinated chicken at room temperature an hour before frying.
  2. Coat fried powder evenly on chicken, to avoid hot oil splashing all over your kitchen and yourself too.
  3. Re-fried chicken at high heat for 30-second will make fried chicken to have maximum crunchy texture.
  4. Check on fried chicken powder packaging, don’t add too many salt as pre-mix powder could already include salt seasoning.
