I am not a person who can take sour taste easily, until I ate a marvellous taste of lemon tart. Then one day, I have came across with “Homemade Lemon Curd Jam” post on my social media “me time”. Whispering to myself, “What?! Is this just three ingredients and super easy to make?”

Ingredients :-

  1. Lime juice, 40g
  2. Egg, 2nos
  3. Sugar, 40g
  4. Sterilised container

Cooking Steps :-

Cracked two eggs into a heat durable container.

Add in 40g of lime juice.

Add in 40g of sugar.

Mix well.

Hot stove, hot water and place container to cook at slowest heat.

Keep stirring for 10-minutes or until Homemade Lemon Curd Jam sauce shape to yogurt form.

Off from stove.

Set aside to cool down.

Sterilised container with hot water and wipe dry to finest.

Sieve Homemade Lemon Curd Jam into sterilised container. Served!

Tips :-

  1. With my recipe, total cooked Homemade Lemon Curd Jam at 200ml amount.
  2. Sterilised container is important, to extend longer shelf life in refrigerator storage.
  3. Eat with toast, biscuits and yogurt parfait.
  4. Also can be ingredients to bake lemon pound cake, lemon custard bread, lemon curd pastry and more.

Prepare more to store in refrigerator in case you have more baking ideas in mind, if not simply spread on butter toast is the best combo I loved most!
