Ingredients :-

  1. White bread (or any bread, wrap, pita, burger bun at your liking).
  2. Cinnamon roll (I bought it from Ikea)
  3. Lemon curd (click here, my homemade lemon curd recipe).
  4. Peanut butter jam (or walnut, pistachio, fruit jam or butter at your craving).
  5. Mini apple strudel (I bought it from Ikea)
  6. Sugar cracker
  7. Greek yogurt (or cream cheese).

Cooking Steps :-

Toast bread and cinnamon roll with air fryer at temperature at 180°C (appr. 356°F) for 4-minutes.

Spread peanut butter jam and lemon curd on toast bread. Add nuts and mini apple strudel. Served, our Lemon Curd Peanut Butter Toastie!

Add toasted cinnamon roll and sugar crackers on plate, served with lemon curd and yogurt at the side. Dip sugar crackers with greek yogurt and add lemon curd on cinnamon roll. Served, our Lemon Curd Cinnamon Roll.

Tips :-

  1. You could add a sunny side for protein builder.
  2. To add fruits like blueberries, orange or strawberry for vitamin benefits.
  3. Brew a cuppa of coffee or a cup of fresh squeeze lemon orange juice to complete your beautiful morning.
