Are you like me, super fan of bread, any kind of bread is my best friend (haha!).
I can eat them morning breakfast, brunch, tea time, dinner and even supper (just name it!). As simple to just bread with butter spread to adding in ingredients to have more tasteful sandwich or even hamburger style to gulp as brunch or dinner.
Sharing a very simple lunch menu, baguette or any bread you love with luncheon meat, cucumber, cabbage yogurt chilli oil salad and apple strudel to complete your lunch quick bite.

Luncheon Meat Baguette + Apple Strudel
Ingredients :-
- Baguette bread or any bread at your liking
- Salad dressing – cabbage, chilli oil and greek yogurt mix well
- Luncheon meat – sliced and put aside
- Cucumber – sliced and put aside
- Apple strudels (I bought them from Ikea)
Cooking Steps :-
Toast baguettes and apple strudels in air fryer at 180°C (appr. 356°F) for 4-minutes, I only toast one side.
Salad dressing sauce, put together shredded cabbage, chilli oil and yogurt. Mix well and spread on baguette bread.
Toast luncheon meat at 180°C (appr. 356°F) for 10-minutes, add to baguette bread.
Served, our Luncheon Meat Baguette.
Reheat apple strudels that I bought from Ikea earlier, at 180°C (appr. 356°F) for 5-minutes.
Served, apple strudels to plate with Luncheon Meat Baguette.

Tips :-
- You could add in left over salad vegetables in your fridge, onion, lettuce, carrot and or / tomato are good to go with yogurt dressing on baguette bread.
- If you find yogurt dressing is too sour, suggest to add honey, maple syrup or ketchup to have a balance taste with your toast.
- Bacon or ham is an alternative to luncheon meat or a fried egg for protein option is yummy too!
