Are you like me, super fan of bread, any kind of bread is my best friend (haha!).
I can eat them morning breakfast, brunch, tea time and even dinner (just name it!). As simple to just toast with butter spread to adding in ingredients to have more tasteful sandwich or even hamburger style to gulp as brunch or dinner.
I love to share, my favourite new discovery way to enjoy toast on brunch time. This time, is a combo of savoury and sweet bites – Luncheon Meat Toast + Homemade Lemon Curd Cinnamon Roll.

Luncheon Meat Toast + Homemade Lemon Curd Cinnamon Roll
Ingredients :-
- White bread
- Salad dressing – cabbage and greek yogurt mix well
- Luncheon meat
- Cinnamon roll (I bought them from Ikea)
- Lemon curd jam (homemade, recipe from previous post)
Cooking Steps :-
Toast bread in air fryer at 180°C (appr. 356°F) for 4-minutes, I only toast one side.
Add habanero on toast bread.
Salad dressing sauce, put together shredded cabbage and yogurt. Mix well and spread on toast bread.
Toast luncheon meat at 180°C (appr. 356°F) for 10-minutes, add on toast bread.
Served, our Luncheon Meat Toast.
Reheat cinnamon roll that I bought from Ikea earlier, at 180°C (appr. 356°F) for 5-minutes.
Served, cinnamon roll to plate and add topping Homemade Lemon Curd.

Tips :-
- You could add in left over salad vegetables in your fridge, onion, lettuce and tomato are good to go with yogurt dressing on toast bread.
- If you find yogurt dressing is too sour, suggest to add honey or maple syrup to have a balance taste in your toast.
- Bacon or ham is an alternative to luncheon meat or a fried egg for protein option.
I have also make a cuppa of lemon curd milk, best!
