Tuna Avocado Bagel
Ingredients :-
- Bagel (mine one is plain original, you can choose any flavour at your liking).
- Tuna (any brand, any flavour at your liking).
- Salad sauce (cabbage, chilli flakes, curry powder, greek yogurt and sugar).
- Habanero
- Avocado (smashed and mix with maple syrup).

Cooking Steps :-
Bagel to cut into half, spread some water and put in air fryer at 180°C (appr. 356°F) for 4minutes, I only toast one side.
To make salad sauce (ingredients #3), add 1tsp of chilli flakes and 1tsp of curry powder into a bowl, mix well and microwave for 30-seconds.

Add shredded cabbage, greek yogurt and sprinkle some sugar into the bowl, mix well to make salad sauce. Spread salad sauce on the half of baked bagel.

Add tuna flakes and habanero too, served our savoury version “Tuna Bagel“.

For sweet version, add smashed avocado (ingredients #5) on the other half baked bagel. Served, enjoy our “Avocado Maple Syrup Bagel“.

Tips :-
- For more chewy texture bagel, you could soak more water on bagel before heating up in air fryer.
- If greek yogurt is not your favourite, thousand island sauce or mayonnaise sauce is good to go too.
- For spicy lover, remember not to remove habanero seeds to give strong spicy taste.
- If you don’t like spicy or kids version, replace habanero with tomato slices or sweet capsicum which taste equal delicious.
- Honey is an alternative if house is running out of maple syrup, or you can skip both to eat bagel with avocado only. Taste amazingly fresh, trust me!
