Broccoli and mushroom, these cooking ingredients are always eat at my home because my kid loves them most. They are not even nutrient but also delicious in taste and texture. Most importantly, cooking this dish is just require 15-minutes for a busy mom like me (also lazy mom, haha!).

Stir Fry Broccoli Carrot with Mushroom
Ingredients :-
- Broccoli (chopped to your favourite size, rinsed and put aside).
- Carrot (diced, rinsed and put aside).
- Mushroom (any type of mushroom at your liking, rinsed and put aside).
- Soy sauce (2tsp, I am using 25% less salt LeeKumKee).
Cooking Steps :-
Hot stove, hot pan and hot oil to add mushroom, cook to golden color. Approximate at 6-minutes.
Add carrot and broccoli diced stem to frying pan, to cook for 10-minutes.
Add broccoli to frying pan, to cook for 6-minutes.
Add 1 to 2tsp of soy sauce, to enhance mushroom, carrot and broccoli aroma and flavour.
Stir fry for 3-minutes, then we are to serve Stir Fry Broccoli Carrot with Mushroom . Served and enjoy!
Tips :-
- Try to cook less than 10-minutes on stir frying for broccoli on pan, to keep nutrient and freshness.
- To add “sweetness” to dish for kids, you may add in corns, sweet bell peppers or cabbage to place broccoli to cook extra 3-minutes.
- Sprinkle baked walnut, cashew nut or dried cranberries on top, is yummy to eat as dinner salad for light eater!
