A simple cooking recipe that fits perfectly for busy mom, required only 30-minutes and 2 ingredients.

Ingredients :-

  1. 300g pork loin, marinate with half tsp baking soda, 2tbsp LeeKumKee soy sauce and pepper.
  2. 4nos potatoes, washed and diced to put aside.
  3. Cooking sauce – 2tbsp LeeKumKee soy sauce, 1tbsp LeeKumKee oyster sauce, pepper and 500ml water.

Cooking Steps :-

Marinate meat and refrigerate for at least an hour, before cooking.

Hot stove, hot oil and add marinated meat to cooking pot. To fry for 3-minutes each side to golden brown and to avoid over burnt.

At the same time, add diced potatoes to air fryer to cook at 180°C (appr. 356°F) for 5-minutes for both sides.

Add fried potatoes to cooking pot, mix well for 1-minute.

Add cooking sauce to cooking pot, to cook for 10-minutes.

Slow boil for last 5-minutes, serve and enjoy!

Tips :-

  1. You could blanch meat or pre-fried to have more chewy texture.
  2. For childhood version, my mother likes to add carrot and onion to cook with this yummy cooking recipe.
  3. Add little baking soda on meat marinate, would help to act as healthier tenderiser for kids and elderly to consume.
