Another delicious mushroom recipe to share with you today. Two ingredients needed and some sauces, that would surely be found in your house.

Ingredients :-

  1. Half chopped chicken (cleaned and marinate with ingredients #3).
  2. 250g mushroom (diced, rinsed and put aside).
  3. Cooking sauce – 1tsp taucu, 2tsp soy sauce, 1tsp oyster sauce, pepper and 1tsp cooking wine.
  4. 200ml water.

Cooking Steps :-

Hot stove, hot oil and add chicken to pan fry to golden brown for 5-minutes each side. Check on cooking heat to avoid over burnt and flip to continue to pan fry chicken.

Add mushroom to cook for 5-minutes and keep stirring to avoid over burnt of chicken and mushroom.

Add 200ml at high heat to cook for 5-minutes.

Boil at slow heat for 10-minutes.

For last 5-minutes, turn on to high heat and thicken sauce to serve. Enjoy!

Tips :-

  1. For kids friendly and elderly at home, use chicken fillet or boneless chicken to easy chewing.
  2. You may use any type of mushroom at your liking, fresh shiitake or dried shiitake is equally taste yummy.
  3. For soupy person like me, you may skip last cooking step to have more sauces to eat with rice and drink like hearty soup.
  4. I am using 25% less salt LeeKumKee soy sauce, lighter salt version for my family which equal yummy on taste.

I hope you like this recipe, my mom used to cook for family dinner back to childhood time. Me and my siblings can easily finished two bowls of rice. And now my son, he was truly enjoyed this dish, super glad!
